Yes, it does go deeper; I was very close to him. Writing about him a couple of times a year is comforting in a way, and it's nice to remember.

Well-written and respectful, I imagine that writing the article goes much deeper for you. You describe, as it seems to me, a Christian, a family leader, a professional, and a servant to people.

I would think that he was very proud of you, also.

I can associate in some ways, my Dad passed away in 2003. Thank you for sharing this post.
